The city-owned Mark Twain properties (The Boyhood Home, Old Museum, Garden, and Tom and Huck Statue) are leased to the Mark Twain Home Foundation. The lease is administered by the Mark Twain Home Board. The Home Board is appointed by the City of Hannibal. The Mark Twain Home Foundation then manages the daily operation of all the museum properties.
